Ba Dao Nian Hua Diao Cai Jiu is produced by Zhejiang Jiashan Huangjiu Co., Ltd. The company's predecessor was Jiashan Distillery, which can be traced back to the 46th year of the Ming Wanli reign (1618) and has a brewing history of more than 400 years. It is an enterprise that integrates honors such as "Chinese Time honored Brand", "Chinese Famous Trademark", and "National Geographical Indication Protection Product". Its name comes from the eight main brewing processes: soaking, steaming, fermenting, raking, sinking, pressing, frying, and aging. Take water from Fenhu Lake, select high-quality rice for soaking, steam it to produce a fragrant aroma, and then naturally ferment it. Through the action of microorganisms such as yeast, various flavor substances such as amino acids are produced, forming a natural, rich, and delicious flavor.
八道酿花雕料酒由浙江嘉善黄酒股份有限公司生产,该公司的前身为嘉善酒厂,可追溯至明万历四十六年(1618 年),至今已有 400 余年的酿酒史,是集“中华老字号、中国驰名商标、国家地理标志保护产品”等荣誉于一体的企业。其名字来源于酿造的八道主要工艺:浸、蒸、酵、耙、沉、榨、煎、陈。取汾湖之水,精选上等大米浸泡后蒸出饭香,再进行自然发酵,经酵母菌等微生物作用产生氨基酸等多种风味物质,形成自然醇厚鲜香的风味。
